The Servery, located on the 2nd floor of the Student Center is our made-to-order retail operation offering the following stations:
American Grill Classics: Burgers, Chicken Tender Baskets, Fries, Grilled Vegetables, Philly Cheese, etc
Panini: Now you can dress your panini with any of our house-made sauces from Basil Pesto, Chipotle Mayonnaise to Honey Dijon Mustard and Boom Boom Sauce
Vegetarian Creations: With the increased demand for vegetarian and vegan options on campus, we offer grains such as quinoa and barley. As well as proteins such seitan, tofu and tempeh
International Station: Each day is a trip to a different region, from Burrito Bowl Monday to Stir Fry Tuesday and Fajita Friday
Deli Station: This new station features ham, turkey and a regular rotation of deli meats as well as all the fixings of a classic deli.
Italian Oven Specialties: New to the Servery, we are now offering a rotation of lasagna, manicotti, stuffed shells, etc
Pasta: Create your own pasta dish with your choice of proteins, vegetables and pasta sauces
Soup Bar and Salad Bar: Choose from our daily selection of freshly made soups; from the campus favorite, Clarkson Chili to Tomato Bisque or Vegetable Soup. Our salad bar gives you the opportunity to craft a custom salad to your liking.
New this Fall 2016, we are open for Breakfast from 7:30am to 9:30am from Monday to Friday. The Breakfast Station will feature all your favorites; from pancakes and French toast to egg omelettes and freshly made breakfast sandwiches.
During lunch rush, have the hostess seat you and enjoy restaurant-style service. Order online using the Tapingo app (for pick-up or delivery) from your computer or Smartphone, Meal Plan, Cash, Declining Balance, Knight Card, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
